  • PROJECT MANAGER

    Our Project Manager positions offer outstanding opportunites to gain exposure leading impactful enterprise-wide business initiatives in a Fortune 500 company. Projects include business mergers, enterprise-wide process change, large-scale solution delivery and operation support to strategic accounts. Each project is carefully selected to achieve a significant return for the company and contributes to the growth of the Compass Group. Project Managers are responsible for the complete life cycle of key projects and drive crucial change throughout.

  • PROJECT COORDINATOR

    Our Project Coordinator roles are entry-level project management and project administration positions within Strategic Projects. The role of Project Coordinator offers an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure supporting a team through the completion of various project management activities across Compass’ sectors, departments and clients while building towards more independent leadership of projects.

  • PROJECT TRAINING SPECIALIST

    Our Project Training Specialists work closely with our Organizational Change Management Team to create a training program specific to each deployment group and design of the overall training methodology. Training Specialists coordinate and deliver on-site training to both management and operators, evaluate training effectiveness and offer continuous improvement and feedback, communicate results and recommend strategies, and identify best practices within the role and strive to improve processes and efficiencies.
